| the staff are first rate eager to help in any way they can but this hotel dose not cater for the brits the bar closes at ten each night
the food was not what you would expect from a four star hotel it was all for the russians if you are are a brit you will not like it at all |

| Good points - clean, good beach.
Bad points - boring repetitive food, hotel and resort aimed at russians and germans, nothing in english anywhere. All inclusive bar closes at 10pm and all spirits are watered down and beer is extremely weak. The beach is 10 minutes walk away either across a busy road or down an underpass incorporating many steps. Music very loud and uncomfortable making it extremely difficult to hold a conversation in the evenings. This hotel is not for the english... |

| stayed 2 weeks during september and i have to say the whole experiance was a let down the food was on a 3 day rotation and was just like slop. 15 brits all went down with some kinda virus that we know of. the beach is a massive 400 yards from the hotel
hotel was clean but they need to put some more english channels if they want to accomodate the english
also they turn the air conditioning of during the hottest parts of the day and again at night when its really needed.
they might wanna invest in some wet floor signs for the future as i and 1 other fell over onto wet marble floors
definatly wont be going back |

| very disappointed about hotel very missold beach across motorway & then still 500+ metres & 50 uneven steps down to beach. reuse plastic cups beer watery as hell food salad for breakfast,dinner & lunch. staff unhelpful and rude (female barmaid) to british people. never stop at arabella hotel but go to alanya |

| Отель на фотографиях выглядит очень не плохо,но на самом деле отстойное место,больше ничего не могу сказать.скучно там.одни словом задница.не советую |
